Order Processing & Production Time
- Production Time: Before your order ships, it goes through a production phase where your custom design is printed and prepared. This typically takes 2-7 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that this timeframe can vary depending on the specific product, the print provider, and the volume of orders (especially during peak seasons like holidays).
- Order Tracking: Once your order enters production and is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with a network of reliable print providers and carriers to deliver your order efficiently. Shipping times are estimates and begin after the production time.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA):
- Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days (most affordable option)
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (balances cost and speed)
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days (faster option for many products)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (including production time for specific products like Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 t-shirts)
International Shipping:
Standard International Shipping: Typically 10-30 business days (varies significantly by destination country).
Priority International Shipping: 3-5 business days (depending on availability for your destination).
Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days (available for some destinations and products).
Please Note:
- Delivery times for international orders can be affected by customs procedures in the destination country, which are beyond our control.
- Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The type and quantity of products in your order.

- Your delivery address.
- The print provider fulfilling your order (as different providers may have different shipping rates).

Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different print providers and therefore may ship separately and arrive at different times. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Incorrect Address & Unsuccessful Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to claim the package, a re-shipment fee will apply. We can also offer a partial refund in such cases.
