Return and Refund Policy

At Genesis Multimedia, your satisfaction is our priority. As a print-on-demand company, each product is uniquely created just for you once an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding excess inventory.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

We stand by the quality of our creations. If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a manufacturing error, we’re here to help.

In such cases, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please do not return the damaged product.
  2. Provide a clear photo showing the issue with the item. If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required.

What happens next?

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a free reprint of your item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., package lost in transit, incorrect address provided by customer leading to return to sender), we can offer:

  • A reprint with an additional shipping charge.
  • A partial refund.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or if you’ve been notified of an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
